Zimolong Obtains Dismissal of Frivolous Union Charges

On July 29, 2016, Wally Zimolong obtained a complete dismissal from the National Labor Relations Board of charges brought by six members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 98.  The union members had claimed that Wally’s client had discriminated against them based upon their affiliation with Local 98.  Wally was able to demonstrate that these charges were frivolous and without merit by showing that job offers had been extended to the union members, notwithstanding their union membership, and that the union members either refused the job offers or failed to return calls from Wally’s client.
